EIRs will collaborate on existing cohort projects and contribute to future cohort development, ensuring innovation, scalability, and growth. - Overview:
This EIR program focuses on entrepreneurs who excel at identifying groundbreaking ideas and transforming them into innovative products or services. These EIRs will be tasked with exploring new technologies, refining early-stage ideas, and contributing to the development of new business models that push the boundaries in healthcare, life sciences, and AI. - Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development (R&D) to explore disruptive technologies.
- Incubate and test new product ideas aligned with Thinkhat’s mission.

Strategic Growth EIR Program

This program is designed for experienced entrepreneurs skilled in scaling businesses from early stages to growth stages. EIRs in this program will focus on creating strategies for market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Thinkhat’s portfolio companies. - Key Responsibilities:

This EIR program is designed for entrepreneurs with deep expertise in the digital transformation of healthcare and life sciences (HLS), focusing on the convergence of AI, data science, and technology-driven solutions. The Venture Builder EIR program is for entrepreneurs looking to co-create new startups under the Thinkhat umbrella. These EIRs will be embedded within Thinkhat’s venture studio, collaborating with existing teams to launch new ventures that align with Thinkhat’s strategic goals in healthcare, life sciences, and AI. - Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Thinkhat’s venture studio to co-found and build new startups.
- Take ownership of venture creation, from ideation to company launch.
- Lead business planning, capital raising, and assembling founding teams.
